David brings many years of business and real estate experience to his career in real estate. He is an excellent negotiator with a strong background in finance, real estate investment and contract management.

As a real estate agent David has an impressive array of knowledge and skills. From his understanding of the local areas and markets, to his ability to utilize the latest technologies, he is always thinking a few steps ahead. He is truly a seasoned professional and is always looking for new ways to exceed his clients’ expectations.

David has held leadership positions within several companies, from small startups to large corporations. He has taken charge of large complex projects with employees and associates in many countries throughout the world. His attention to detail and ability to analyze and understand vast amounts of data has always played a major factor in his success.

Mischa has lived locally his entire life, providing him with extensive first hand knowledge of the local communities and schools. He is trained in graphic design, web design and marketing. Mischa first gained an interest in real estate while attending San Diego State University. He became involved with various real estate investment groups and obtained his real estate brokers license in 2005. After graduating from SDSU with a Sociology degree, Mischa moved back to the bay area to pursue a full-time career in real estate.

Mischa attributes much of his success to his commitment and love for the job, as well as the training he was able to receive by working alongside the areas most successful agents.
